📚 Company History

Hi-Tech’s journey began in 1987 as Olliverson Industrial Consultants, offering private computer and management training in Aboh Mbaise. Following international academic advancement, founder Prof. Oliver Eberechi Osuagwu returned to Nigeria and reignited operations while lecturing and consulting at institutions such as Imo State University, Culvic Holdings Ltd, and Federal University of Technology, Owerri.

The official incorporation in 1993 was seeded by consultancy proceeds from a UNDP IT/Trade Database Design project, with an initial equity of ₦100,000—now expanded to ₦15,000,000.

Growth milestones include:

  • Establishing CCE, the first CPN-accredited tertiary ICT training institute in Nigeria’s former Eastern Region
