South Eastern College of Computer Engineering & Information Technology (SECCEIT) , is an approved Monotechnic and also a Innovation Enterprise Institution which is accredited by the Federal Ministry of Education, National Board for Technical Education (NBTE) and Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria (CPN) is the education subsidiary of Hi-Technology Concepts (WA) Ltd (Hi-Tek), which is an indigenous ICT firm incorporated in Nigeria in 1993. SECCEIT was pioneered by the Centre for Computer Engineering (CCE), which has operated for about 20 years as a CPN – accredited tertiary institution.  CCE has graduated over 200 Computer Science & Engineering Student who are registered by COREN and CPN. While the CCE will concentrate on her traditional values of conducting professional examination courses and International Certifications, SECCEIT will concentrate on Academic Programs which will lead to the award of National Diploma which have been approved by NBTE .
